ABVM (Pvt.) Industrial Training Institute Grievance handling system is detailed below :
(a) Providing the information about Grievance handling mechanism to all concerns like Guardians of Trainees, Trainees , Instructor, Staff through notice boards & website.
(b)Grievance / Complaints will be received via E-mail, Suggestion/ Complaint box, Suggestion/ Complaint
register, Post mail and direct feedback to Grievance handling committee .
(c) Records of Grievance/ complaints and regular feedback will be maintained .
(d) A complaint register will be maintained and a complaint box will be set up outside the Administration
department .
(e) The telephone number of Principal, E-mail i.d and address will be marked on the suggestion box and other
locations like notice board.
(f) The Grievance/complaints will be investigated by appropriate official like Principal, Training Officers,
Training Instructor to get it resolved at the earliest possible.
(g) The concerned individual will be communicated on the closure of the Grievance/ complain to ensure
satisfaction.
(h) Records of all complaints and actions taken for the above are maintained by the Institution for future use .
